2. Equipment List
2.1 Unwinding System: shaftless unwinding
Including: Unwinding Bracket, Tension Control System, E+L etc.
There are unwinding arms on the unwinding bracket, and one of them install a pneumatic brake or air pressure fraction for unwinding.
Clamp of unwinding core: the unwinding roll can be loaded by a trolley or lifted by power gourd to the working position, and tipped by the air cylinder, equipped with 3″& 6″taper chucks.
Movement of unwinding arms: by electrical motors

Line position correction system (LPC): Produced by E&L (Germany) rectify system use an optical sensor to control the non-transparent film edge or printing line. The sensor is fixed on the bracket, and the bracket can move following on the linear bearing. The adjusting speed is about 15mm/s, the distance of rectify deviation is about:±75 mm
